James Madison, a Democratic-Republican, was known as “Father of the Constitution.” During his presidency, Louisiana (1812), and Indiana (1816) became part of the United States. He was a layer and an Episcopalian. Madison had no children and was only about 5′4″ and under 100 lbs. His nose became frostbitten while campaigning in 1788, leaving a permanent scar.
